San Diego offers many water sports but the most popular by far is Surfing. Some of the other sports are Stand Up Paddling, Body or Boogie Boarding, Kite and Wind Surfing, Knee Boarding and Tow-in Surfing.
The Oceanside Harbor Webcam covers an area from the Oceanside Pier to the North Jetty. Most of the time you will see people surfing, once in a while you will see stand-up paddlers. In the summer time there are many kids on Body or Boogie Boards.
North of the North Jetty, on the Camp Pendleton side, is an area where tow-in surfing often takes place. Unfortunately our webcam is not able to see this area.
The Del Mar Webcam covers an area approximately from 15th Street to 25th Street, depending on how good your eyes are. This stretch of beach is popular for surfing and stand-up paddling.
The racetrack, the fairgrounds and the sandy beaches attract many visitors, especially in the summer.
The Pacific Beach Webcam covers the Tourmaline Beach area. This area is popular for Surfing and sometimes in the afternoons you will see Kite and Wind Surfing.
